Trial and Litigation fee schedule

Personal Injury--fees of 15% of amounts recovered (in cases of clear or admitted liability). Other contingency fees may be as low as 20% of amounts recovered prior to trial depending on the specific case.

Other trial work—Contingency fees available plus Flat fees and Hourly fees. Blended
fees such as a reduced hourly fee and a contingency may also suit your particular case.
Each case presents an opportunity to arrange a workable and affordable fee for the client.

All costs of litigation are the client’s ultimate responsibility. Any contingency fee will be
computed on all amounts recovered before any deduction for costs.

Divorce Cases
Simple non-contested Divorce with Children $750
Contested cases starting at Flat Fees of $750 for Temporary Custody and Support Hearings

Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution fee Schedule

Divorce and Family Law Mediation*
>Divorce, no children---250 dollars per 2 hour session.
>Divorce, with children—350 dollars per 2 hour session

*Fees may be shared with a co-mediator.

Civil case mediation/settlement conferences
150 dollars per hour
650 dollars per day (assumes a minimum of 4 hours)

Binding or non binding arbitration 650 dollars per day. (assumes a minimum of 4 hours)
There may be other costs and fees if overnight stays or travel outside of Yavapai or
Coconino County is required.

Criminal Representation

Affordable representation beginning at $250
Representation in Prescott, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Yarnell. Prescott Valley, Chino Valley.

Probate of Estates- Beginning as low as 450 dollars (not including court costs)
Complete “Probate Avoidance Planning” beginning for as little as 350 dollars, with no Living Trust.
